Short and Long Term Goals

What Altered Planes Entertainment is seeking:

First Year

Working relationship between Altered Planes Entertainment and universities and school districts in the Greater Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan area, how these GOALS will be accomplished:

SHORT TERM GOALS:

Altered Planes Entertainment is currently seeking a working relationship with local Universities in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, to recruit their students to become members of Altered Planes Entertainment Entrepreneur Internship/Apprenticeship program, for students to work in our Entrepreneur Internship/Apprenticeship program with hands on education while earning electives college credits.

Altered Planes Entertainment will provide its own equipment and facilities, either by lease or through trade agreements.

An outline of the potential working relationship between Altered Planes Entertainment and university partners

The following are various concepts currently under consideration as part of Altered Planes Entertainment’s plans to develop and implement and improve higher education and job opportunities in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

These concepts are submitted in good faith, and are subject to change, pending final drafting and approval by Altered Planes Entertainment.

In order for Altered Planes Entertainment to have a “Third Party” working relationship with partner universities, with instruction at Altered Planes Entertainment campus location and instructed on the basis and focus of each individual university IT and computer game creation and design, development, marketing, this “Third Party” agreement will have to be approved by the partner universities District Office.

· This agreement will place university students at our campus location to be instructed by APE game creation/design professionals working on the subject of the university text books, incorporating hands on education with APE professionals making everything they are studying a reality.

· There will be two methods of instruction:

1. working hand and hand with APE professional computer game creators and designers in house at APE campus

2. The APE professional will hand out assignments to the university students, they may at any time 24/7/365 connect to APE servers and work on assignments.

Benefit:

· 24/7 APE professional will take turns monitoring who is connected to the servers, each student will be given a password, so the APE professional monitoring will know who is logged in. If the monitoring agent recognizes the student is having trouble with their assignments, the APE agent can go on line with the student, interact with the student, make recommendations on corrections, the agent will not do the assignments for any students, only help.

· APE entrepreneur internship/apprenticeship programs will prepare graduate students to enter their life experiences and better prepared.

Partner with local School Districts

Altered Planes Entertainment will work with Kansas City, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri School Districts to allow principal and teachers to select disenfranchised and gifted students to become members of APE internship/apprenticeship programs, middle/high school students ages 13 though 18, these students could earn certificates in several areas such as computer programming, data programming, then be allowed to come on APE campus working with our professionals and becoming involved in actual computer game creation and design.

The State of Missouri has lowered the standards of test scores so students can graduate even though many cannot read or write even at an 8^th grade level, leaving the task of educating the students up to the community colleges who are expected to do the job the school districts failed to do.

Altered Planes Entertainment does not want to do this task but feels this is the best way to serve the youth in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. However, Altered Planes Entertainment will work with high school's through our own APE entrepreneur internship/apprenticeship programs with students becoming members. Once these student are in upper grades of high school the will be allowed to come to Altered Planes Entertainment campuses and work with APE professional as the university students do, or continue working their assignments through APE servers.

Once these middle/high school students finish their daily assignments they can stay connected to APE server and play interactive games or single person games online, this will improve their learning, improve their eye and hands coordination. The “Have Nots” will be instructed on how to play games, “Have Nots” are farther behind in school, we to want to improve their , improve their eye and hands coordination, and learn to love playing games.

APE hopes some high school students will become excited and what to pursue a career in computer science, or continuing on at APE campus in actual computer game creation, design, publishing, and marketing, while they continue their education and enter a college of their choice,

· Before Altered Planes Entertainment would enter into such an agreement with any school district, rules and agreements would have to be made between Altered Planes Entertainment, Teachers Union, City Government, State Governments and local law enforcement to enforce strict discipline rules and regulations directed towards the students.

· Depending on the amount of support obtained through various corporations through incentive programs, Altered Planes Entertainment hopes to offer various scholarships to be awarded to students that meet the educational requirements and standards of Altered Planes Entertainment. The awarding of such scholarships will be based on students’ exhibited potential and/or participation in various activities sponsored by Altered Planes Entertainment her sister corporations and affiliated corporations or organizations. Scholarships would apply to all groups of students, university, or middle/high school students.

Altered Planes Entertainment feels other corporations and business will step forward in response to Altered Planes Entertainment computer science and computer game programs.

Altered Planes Entertainment programs will create new job opportunities in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. One such job will be working and learning at Altered Planes Entertainment Computer Outlet Store, students, casual workers 65+, or employees looking for a job.

Customers walk in, have a cup of coffee, bring in their own laptops or rent time on our computer, connect to WiFi a free Internet connection, conduct business as usual.

Computer Outlet Store, customers walk in and order their own computer systems, can watch while the systems are assembled, this can be view through glass windows in the Café Hardware Jungle, while they play games on line or conduct business. Computer software and hardware will be available for sale at the computer outlet store, to keep costs down a low inventory will be on hand, but customers will be able to order parts Via express delivery.

Business or corporations will be allowed to receive tax credits from purchasing computer systems, full time college students and high school students will be conducting the assembling computer and related computer components.

Worldwide online orders for computer systems take place at the Computer Outlet Store, once systems are assembled will be ship out. Sales and final payment must be paid in advance before any system is assembled.

The computer assembling, development, marketing, sales, working at the café, or assembling computer systems or resale will be part of Altered Planes Entertainment’s Entrepreneur Internship/Apprenticeship Programs, jobs will be offered to university students, part time jobs to high school students, casual workers 65+.

It is Altered Planes Entertainment’s intention to improve the general perception of the quality of education that Kansas City graduates are bringing to the work force, highlighting that our graduates are receiving quality, accredited education, that is on par with, or even better than the national average in respect to current and emerging computer and computer gaming technology.

BENEFIT TO THE GREATER KANSAS CITY METROPOLITAN AREA:

Altered Planes Entertainment in conjunction with efforts to improve the quality of technological education to KC students along with various incentive programs tailored to attract hardware and software development corporations, has the potential to influence business and corporations to locate in the area and become competitive contributors to emerging technologies. With Kansas City ’s centralized location in the United States , lower cost of living incentives, and a substantial increase in the quantity and quality of technology-minded graduates, Kansas City could blossom into the Silicone Valley of the mid-west.

Form a working relationship whereby Altered Planes Entertainment’s instructors/professionals will be able to work with each school district students within the Greater Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan Area and have these school district select students to enter Altered Planes Entertainment entrepreneur internship/apprenticeship program at APE campuses Altered Planes Entertainment’s specially designed hands on curriculum where high school graduate students will be prepared and one jump ahead of the other high school graduates to enter a University of their choice.

Before Altered Planes Entertainment would enter into such an agreement with any school district, rules and agreements would have to be made by Altered Planes Entertainment, Teachers Union, City Government, State Governments and local law enforcement to enforce strict discipline rules and regulations directed towards the students.

Altered Planes Entertainment will create its own entrepreneur internship/apprenticeship program based on the working relationships between Altered Planes Entertainment and universities and the different school districts.

Altered Planes Entertainment feels other corporations and businesses will spring up in The Greater Kansas City, Missouri Area because of Altered Planes Entertainment research and development computer science and computer games creation and design, which will create new jobs in the area.

THE GREATER KANSAS CITY , MISSOURI METROPOLITAN AREA:

With Kansas City being centrally located in the United States, Altered Planes Entertainment will be a big influence on business and corporations locating in the area to become part of a big boom in technology. This will make Kansas City the new game " Silicone Valley " of the mid-west.
