Altered Planes Entertainment Institute will over see entire instruction at a single campus, including APE's Cafe Hardware Jungle Computer SuperStore Outlet. Includes, café, game playing area, game instruction, programming instruction, game creation and design, marketing, publishing, and middle and high school interactive programming and computer science instruction through APE-I servers.
University of Computer & Game Technology-Research and Development will be a big partner in research projects, assigned by Altered Planes Entertainment Institute.
Altered Planes Entertainment Institute will take the lead in the instruction and training of a workforce for the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. APE-I on going training of a trained workforce made up of high school students to prepare them for college or a technical school.
As a member of Altered Planes Entertainment’s Internship and Apprenticeship Entrepreneur Programs with on the job training through hands on education reinforcing the textbook knowledge preparing college graduates for the future, opening doors for high paying jobs.
As a member of Altered Planes Entertainment’s Internship and Apprenticeship Entrepreneur Programs will not only prepare college graduates for a good job, but encourage manufacturing and technology industries to locate to the Kansas City area.
University students in game creation and design offered through Altered Planes Entertainment Institute will watch for and select high school students with special talents playing games, research other talents these high school students might have or interested in the creation and design of games, such as:
These students may be eligible to work with along side our professionals game creators and designers and university students to explore if this might be a promising field for them to pursue.
Altered Planes Entertainment-Game, Media Division-R&D professionals will be in real time developing the “Next Generation of Computer and Computer Game Technology”. Students involved and given the privilege to study under these professionals will be limited unless they are experienced enough to follow though on their assignments.

Altered Planes Entertainment Institute computer technicians will be professionals working with students from local universities or enrolled in computer science or technical schools in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area.
Altered Planes Entertainment Institute students of middle and high school once they finish their assignments will be authorized to play interactive games on line, the server will be located at Altered Planes Entertainment Institute campus.
Those games are not only to help the disenfranchised high school students play and understand games better, but hopefully will spark more interest in staying in school and graduating.
The computer game stores are designed to find high school students with special interest in computers and computer game knowledge. Those students may be allowed to work part time in the stores instructing other students, working the customer ordering retail counter and assembling computer systems etc.
High school students with special talents will be instructed in some knowledge of programming, encouraging them to stay in school and enroll in one of the local community colleges offering game classes. Programming instruction will be available to university students wishing to work at the stores if they need extra instruction.
Altered Planes Entertainment Institute will make sure university and high school students will have one-on-one personal time on several occasions with trained professional staff.

For Safety Concerns:
The web cams will be monitored 24/7/365 for safety reasons; Altered Planes Entertainment instutute will work closely with local police and city councils to provide safety to guests, students, and employees during and after hours.
High school students could pass on knowledge to other students lacking gaming skills to be an integral part of these programs for helping others. Not only is Altered Planes Entertainment Institute working with area university students for hands on education to reinforce their knowledge, but with the disenfranchised high school students lacking computer skills.
Altered Planes Entertainment hopes that this will close the gap between the (have, raised owning their own computer systems), and the (have-nots, low-income high school students) who do not have access to computers.
